The Winston-Salem Dash Card Show combines the excitement of the hobby with the atmosphere of professional baseball, creating an unforgettable experience for collectors, vendors, and families alike.
This outdoor stadium event has quickly become one of the most anticipated hobby events in the region, featuring sports cards, Pokémon, One Piece, memorabilia, collectibles, and more in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem.

🚚 Vendor Load-In:
7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
⚠️ All vendors must be fully set up before doors open at 9:00 AM.
Vendor locations will be assigned prior to the event.
Staff will be available to assist with load-in and direct vendors to their assigned spaces.

Event Improvements For 2026
After reviewing feedback from vendors and guests, we have made significant improvements to the event experience.
✅ Reduced Vendor Capacity
We have intentionally reduced the number of vendor tables compared to previous years.
This allows:
• Wider aisles
• Better customer flow
• More room for guests to browse comfortably
• Improved visibility for vendor tables
• A more enjoyable experience for collectors and families
Rather than simply adding more tables, our focus is creating a better overall event for both vendors and attendees.

Applications are reviewed to maintain a healthy balance of inventory and categories throughout the show.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Due to the popularity of our events, we frequently receive more applications than available tables.
Accepted vendors will receive payment instructions after approval.
Please do not message us directly requesting vendor tables.
