🚛 VENDOR LOAD-IN INFORMATION 🚛

📅 Show Date: May 17th-18th
📍 Location: 2225 Hwy 9 W, Longs, SC 29568

⏳ Load-In Schedule:
You will not be able to leave items here overnight for this event.

✅ Load-in Time: SATURDAY 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM Sunday 8:00-10:00 (Please arrive before 9:00 AM)
✅ Recommended Arrival: Between 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM for smooth setup.
✅ Show Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM 10:00-3:00PM (All vendors must be packed up and out by 5:30 PM).

🚗 Parking & Setup Instructions:

🔹 Load-in Location: At the front entrance of the venue (look for signs!).
🔹 Parking Note: Depending on the parking situation, you may need to move your vehicle after unloading to allow space for attendees.
🔹 Vendor Spaces: Each vendor will have their designated table(s) ready upon arrival.
🔹 Assistance: Volunteers or staff will be available to direct you if needed.

💲 Admission & Additional Info:

🎟️ Admission: $5 per person
✅ Bring extra supplies (tablecloths, change, and displays as needed).
✅ Keep your area tidy and be ready to go by show start at 9:00 AM.
