⏳ SETUP & SHOW SCHEDULE
✅ Vendor Setup (Friday):
🛠️ Friday Load-In: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(All vendors are strongly encouraged to set up on Friday.)
Saturday Load-In: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
✅ Show Hours:
🗓 Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🗓 Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
✅ Pack-Up:
Sunday after 4:00 PM only
No early breakdowns permitted
We will have overnight security
💲 VENDOR TABLE PRICING
$200 per table, covers both days, 2 Vendor Passes, and 1 chair. 1 pass per additional
Parking fee of $5 per day, per car
(Vendors have reduced parking cost of $5, must arrive friday for permit)
Vendors may choose their table location for an additional fee
Sponsorships Available (branding, promo, premium placement, and more)

This is shaping up to be one of the largest TCG-only events in the Carolinas. We are starting with 300 vendors but will be moving to larger venues in 2027!

✔ Bring tablecloths, displays, extension cords, cash/change, and card readers
✔ Be fully set up by show open on Saturday
✔ Professional conduct is expected at all times

✅ Full Refund:
Vendors may request a full refund up to 28 days before the event date.
🔁 Credit Option (Within 28 days, not within 7):
If you cancel within 28 days of the event, you are eligible for a full credit toward any future Pow Productions show of your choice as long as tables are avaliable.
(Credit does not expire.)

We understand life happens, we will do our best to fill in your spot and give you credit to future POW Shows. IF we are unable to fill in your tables, you will forfeit your payment. If things occur, just talk with us! We are all in this together and we are very understanding!
❌ No-Show Policy:
Vendors who do not show up on event day without prior communication will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
🌧️ Event Reschedule:
If the event must be rescheduled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, all vendor payments will automatically roll over to the new date.
If you cannot attend the new date, you may request:
A full credit for a future show, or
A full refund
🚫 No Same-Day Refunds:
Refunds cannot be issued on the day of the event.
