💲 VENDOR TABLE PRICING

  • $100 per table which covers two days.

  • 125 total vendor tables available

  • No bulk discounts

  • First come, first served

  • Payment required to secure your table

🚚 LOAD-IN & SETUP(You can adjust times if needed)
✅ Vendor Load-In:8:00 AM – 10:00 AM SATURDAY and 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Sunday
✅ All vendors must be fully set up by 10:00 AM OR YOUR TABLES MAY BE FORFEIT!
⏰ No early breakdowns before 4:00 PM

✔ Bring your own tablecloths, displays, extension cords, and card readers
✔ Cash/change recommended
✔ Maintain a clean and professional booth
✔ No early teardown
✔ Be respectful to shoppers, staff, and fellow vendors
✔ Reposting show promotions is strongly encouraged

Applications Begin Processing APRIL 6th!

If you apply under a category you do not sell you will be

banned from vending in the future.

✅ Full Refund:
Vendors may request a full refund up to 14 days before the event date.

🔁 Credit Option (Within 14 Days, but not within 48 hours):
If you cancel within 14 days of the event, you are eligible for a full credit toward any future Pow Productions show of your choice as long as tables are avaliable.
(Credit does not expire.)

Within 48 hours: We will make our best effort to fill in you vendor tables with waitlisted vendors. If we can not this will forfeit your payment for the event and no refund will be given.

❌ No-Show Policy:
Vendors who do not show up on event day without prior communication will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

🌧️ Event Reschedule:
If the event must be rescheduled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, all vendor payments will automatically roll over to the new date.
If you cannot attend the new date, you may request:

  • A full credit for a future show, or

  • A full refund

🚫 No Same-Day Refunds:
Refunds cannot be issued on the day of the event.
